We want you to love your new vegan fashion, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back in their original shoe box or packaging and include a copy of your return authorization form.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
