The item must be in its original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Your order number and full name.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., an order confirmation screenshot).
  • A reason for the return, including images or videos if the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we will process your refund within 7 days.

Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs
We cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for incorrect product orders made by the customer.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, cancellation requests may not be honored.
